Manila Munchies LLC ("we", "us", "our") wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the conditions described below. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

How to start a return (step-by-step)
- Contact customer support within 30 days of delivery: service@manilamun.com or call +1 207-881-8298. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason.
- Wait for Return Authorization: We will respond with return instructions and, where applicable, the correct return mailing address and an RMA number. Do not ship items until you receive the RMA.
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number. Return shipping costs are usually paid by you unless the return is due to our error.
- Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund within 2 business days if it meets the return conditions. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
When we will accept returns
- Products returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products returned unused and in original, resalable condition and packaging.
- Returned with original accessories, manuals, and any included gifts or promotional items.
Non-returnable items
- Items that are used, worn, or damaged after delivery (unless damaged/defective at arrival — see below).
- Products missing original packaging, tags, or serial labels that prevent resale.
- Perishable goods or opened consumables (if any).
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at service@manilamun.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging and your order number. For damaged/defective items due to shipping or fulfillment error, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion.
Refund details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
- If you paid with a gift card or store credit, your refund will be returned to the original gift card or as store credit, depending on the payment method and platform rules.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds (if applicable) may be issued in cases where items are returned that are not in original condition, or if only part of an order is returned. We will assess and communicate any partial refund amount prior to issuing it.
Return shipping & lost returns
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit if the customer arranges return shipping and does not provide tracking information. If we provided a prepaid return label, we will cover the return shipping and will communicate the process in our return authorization email.
