Manila Munchies LLC ships exclusively within the United States. We aim to process and deliver all orders quickly and reliably using trusted national carriers. This policy outlines our standard shipping practices, estimated delivery times, and tracking procedures to ensure transparency and compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements.
Domestic shipping only
We currently offer shipping only within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories outside the continental United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses).

Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff will begin processing the following business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Delivery time
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

- Estimated shipping time: 3–4 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days from the date of purchase
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s status on the carrier’s website:

Shipping delays & solutions
While we strive to deliver all orders within the expected timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier backlogs, or incorrect shipping addresses).
- If your order is delayed, contact us at service@manilamun.com with your order number and tracking ID.
- We will coordinate with the carrier to locate the shipment and provide you with an update.
- If a package is confirmed lost or undelivered, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Sales tax
No sales tax is charged on purchases from manilamun.com.
Incorrect address information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer. If you realize your address is incorrect after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at service@manilamun.com. We will do our best to update your shipping information before your order ships.
